The lymphatic draining technique consists of soft, precise, circular movements. It was created in the middle 30’s by Doctor Emil Vodder and his wife.
This method was designed to enhance the flux of toxins in the lymphatic system, so as to make it more easy to eliminate them.
It is used both in the medicine field, where it is considered a useful solution for a high number of cases, and in other alterations of the esthetic change.
The Lymphatic Draining intensively works on the lymphatic nodes and in general
terms, it is especially useful with the following disorders:
- Skin: acne, perioral dermatitis, persistent facial erythema.
- Adipose tissue: Panniculosis (cellulitis).
- Quirurgical: post surgery edemas, post traumatic edemas, prevention and treatment of scars.
- Others: anti-aging treatments, relaxing effect, facial edema, swollen and tired legs, rhinitis. |
